Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you visit the SpecsLink public site or the buyer portal, we only collect anonymous usage data (such as anonymized IP, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referrer URL) after you click "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. Business data tied to your account (registration, orders, product uploads) is stored separately and is not mixed with anonymous analytics.

Analytics tools we use

We use the following third-party website analytics services, activated only after you accept cookies:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — provided by Google, subject to Google's privacy policy. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Baidu Tongji — provided by Baidu, subject to Baidu's privacy policy. Primarily used to understand visits from mainland China.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent at any time by browsing in private mode, clearing site data, or blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell anonymous analytics data to third parties. The operator portal (supplier / reseller / platform admin) never loads any analytics scripts.

Data retention

GA4 retains aggregated analytics for 14 months by default; Baidu Tongji follows its own default retention policy. Account business data is retained as described in our Terms of Service.
